Investment and wealth
Real estate investment
We support investors in buying, developing and selling property: we review the asset's land registry and planning position before any money is committed, structure the transaction and negotiate the contracts through to signing before a notary. The initial consultation ends with a concrete recommendation.

Before buying: land registry and planning review
A land registry extract shows who owns the property and which charges are registered, but it does not tell the whole story. A proper review cross-checks the Land Registry against the Cadastre, verifies the planning position of the land or building (its classification, licences, whether there are open enforcement proceedings or outstanding planning obligations), reviews leases and easements and confirms that what is being bought matches what has been valued.
Whatever comes up becomes price, warranties or a condition for signing.
Sale and leaseback
In a sale and leaseback, a company sells the property it operates from and stays on as tenant. It frees up capital without giving up the use of the asset, and the investor buys a property with a tenant from day one. Everything turns on the lease: term, rent and how it is updated, who bears works and costs, and what happens if the tenant wants to leave early.
Co-investment
When several investors buy together, the agreement between them matters as much as the purchase contract. Who decides on works or letting, how further funds are contributed, how rent is shared and how anyone who wants to leave can do so: if it is not agreed at the outset, it gets argued over at the worst possible moment.
Frequently asked questions
Is a land registry extract enough to buy a property?
No. The extract shows ownership and registered charges, but not the planning position, unregistered leases or debts that do not appear in the Registry. A wider review before committing is advisable.
What is a sale and leaseback?
A transaction in which the owner sells a property and, at the same time, leases it back from the buyer in order to keep using it. It provides liquidity without giving up the asset.
Do you act for investors who are not resident in Spain?
Yes. We work in Spanish and English, in person in Benidorm or by video call, and we support investors from outside Spain in their real estate transactions.
